Her bir idareci de idare etti\u011fi m\u00fcessese veya devleti belli kanunlar ve yasalar ile idare eder. Zira yasalarla idare edilmeyen veya yasalar\u0131n h\u00e2kim olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde huzur ve saadetten bahsedilemez. \u015e\u00fcphesiz gayet geni\u015f ve b\u00fcy\u00fck olan ve insan akl\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir eksi\u011fini bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e2lemin bozulmadan m\u00fckemmel bir d\u00fczen ve intizam i\u00e7inde devam etmesi onun ne kadar m\u00fckemmel bir idare ile idare edildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Bunlar\u0131 da be\u015f maddede toplamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Senelerdir \u0130srail\u2019in Filistin halk\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zul\u00fcm ve katliamlar, Amerika\u2019n\u0131n Irak gibi zay\u0131f \u00fclkelere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcdahaleler, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da s\u00fcper g\u00fc\u00e7lere dayanan ordunun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcdahale, Suriye\u2019de Esed rejiminin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc devletlere dayanarak \u00e7oluk \u00e7ocuk demeden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 katliamlar vb. meydandad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 medeniyet ve demokrasi havarileri seslerini \u00e7\u0131kartmad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi, o zalimlerin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmalar\u0131na binaen hakl\u0131 olduklar\u0131na inan\u0131yorlar. Ve zul\u00fcmlerini ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcp alk\u0131\u015fl\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu felsef\u00ee sistem bu kural ile kendine t\u00e2bi olanlar\u0131 zul\u00fcm batakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcklemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>\u0130nsanlar i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi as\u0131l hedef, menfaattir:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa medeniyeti, yap\u0131lan her i\u015f ve ortaya konulan her d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede menfaati esas yapar. Maddi menfaat ise, h\u0131rsl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, insanlar\u0131n bo\u011fu\u015fmalar\u0131na sebep olur. Yavuz Sultan Selim\u2019in \u201cBu \u00e2lem-i d\u00fcnya iki cihangire az, bir padi\u015faha kifayet edecek kadar vas\u00ee (geni\u015f) de\u011fil\u201d dedi\u011fi gibi, b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n saltanat\u0131 bir idareciye yeterli gelmedi\u011fine g\u00f6re, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n c\u00fcz\u00ee olan maddi menfaatleri hi\u00e7 kimseyi doyuramaz. \u0130\u015fte bu kural, fertlerin, milletlerin ve devletlerin menfaat \u00fczerine sava\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve kavgalar\u0131n\u0131 netice vermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Hayat\u0131n bir cidal ve m\u00fccadele oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa medeniyetine g\u00f6re fert ve toplum hayat\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131, ancak m\u00fccadele ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u201cKurt olup ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 yemezsen kurtlar gelip seni yer.\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ile hareket eder. E\u011fer bu m\u00fccadelede yenerse hakk-\u0131 hayat\u0131 var, ya\u015far. Yenilirse ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131 kaybeder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e2lbuki d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fayan canl\u0131lar\u0131n % 99\u2019u hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 yard\u0131mla\u015fma ile devam ettirirken hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fccadele ile devam ettirenler ise ancak canavar hayvanlar ve bir k\u0131s\u0131m zalim insanlar olmu\u015ftur ki, bunlar di\u011fer canl\u0131lara nispeten % 1 bile say\u0131lmayacak kadar azd\u0131rlar. Maalesef Avrupa medeniyeti, bu zalimane m\u00fccadele d\u00fcsturunu, insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131 i\u00e7in de esas kabul etmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylelikle insanlar\u0131 birbirine k\u0131rd\u0131rmaya sebep olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Toplumlar\u0131 bir arada tutmak i\u00e7in \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 esas yapar: <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Irk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ise birbirine yard\u0131m edip dayanan gaflet, dalalet, riyak\u00e2rl\u0131k ve zul\u00fcmden olu\u015fmu\u015f bir hamurdur. Bu da toplumlar\u0131n birbiriyle sava\u015farak zul\u00fcm etmelerini netice verir. Gayet de\u011ferli ve b\u00fct\u00fcn varl\u0131klar\u0131n sultan\u0131 olan insan\u0131, bu h\u00fcrriyet ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile hayvan seviyesine hatta daha a\u015fa\u011f\u0131s\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. En de\u011ferli varl\u0131k olan insan\u0131, konu\u015fan bir hayvan olarak kabul eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa medeniyeti, ortaya koydu\u011fu bu fasid kurallarla insanlar aras\u0131na \u00f6yle bir so\u011fukluk sokmu\u015f ki, karde\u015fleri bile karde\u015flikten \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. Ve b\u00fct\u00fcn e\u015fyan\u0131n aras\u0131nda bir nevi\u2019 yabanc\u0131l\u0131k tohumunu ekmektedir. Ve her \u015feyi her \u015feye d\u00fc\u015fman yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milliyet\u00e7ilik noktas\u0131nda g\u00f6stermi\u015f olduklar\u0131 fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k ge\u00e7icidir. \u00d6l\u00fcm denilen sonsuz bir ayr\u0131l\u0131kla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ihmal edildi\u011fi nisbette, nefis ve \u015feytan\u0131n esaretine girilerek \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kaybedilir.
